Yes, we hold a general and liquor liability insurance policy. If your venue requires to be named as an additional insured, please let us know and we will provide a certificate of insurance.

Do Sundrip Events require a deposit?

Yes, a 30% deposit is required to secure your event date, along with a signed contract.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept Cash, Check, Zelle, and Venmo without any fees, as well as all major credit cards.

Question 4

Do you provide alcohol?

We are a dry-hire service and do not include alcohol purchases in our packages. However, we provide a curated shopping list tailored specifically to your event to make the process simple and stress-free.

Question 5

Our venue already has a bar — does this change the price?

Possibly. To provide proper service, we require a two-tier service station (not a flat surface). We would need to review the existing bar setup, either in person or via photos, before confirming approval.

Question 6

Do I need to tip the bartenders?

Accepted Answer

For private events and weddings (excluding brand activations), bartenders will display a tip jar at the bar. If the client prefers not to allow a tip jar, a $2 gratuity per guest per bartender will apply.

Do you have a minimum guest or hour requirement?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our base quote includes service for up to 50 guests over 4 hours. We can accommodate smaller gatherings; however, minimum package pricing will still apply.
